Support for individuals

We are keen to support individual members of our educational network where we can and currently offer the following support/services.  Further details are available from the menu on the left.

• Bursaries - individual bursaries are currently available for the personal educational development of clinicians who are significantly involved in postgraduate education and training on behalf of the London Deanery
• 360 feedback - we also provide a free facilitation service for all those in educational leadership and management positions who wish to undertake the NHS Leadership Qualities 360
• Fellowships - we co-ordinate the Fellowships in Medical Education (FME) scheme which is a 6 month OOPE placement where individuals can develop their skills as clinical teachers
• Observation of teaching - this is available via our ECTOR service - Enhancing Clinical Teaching through Observation and Reflection
