| Description | This one-day course will set the scene by outlining relevant educational theory and recent medical education research. It will then provide an opportunity to practice relevant skills such as setting and monitoring educational objectives. There will also be an opportunity for participants to raise typical concerns which they have encountered in their role of Educational Supervisor. The course is aimed at those who currently provide Educational Supervision and who are teaching or training on behalf of the London Deanery. The course will be equally suitable for recently appointed educational supervisors, and for those who have carried out this role for a number of years. It is available to SpR’s GP Trainers, Consultants and above. |
