Leading and Managing Change and Improvement in Clinical Education
08 Dec 2011
These are turbulent times for those of us that work in clinical education. The combination of radical NHS restructuring and financial challenge has made the role of the educational leader more important than ever. 'Getting things done' now requires an unparalleled level of understanding and insight into leadership, organisations, and the management of change
For the last three years, the Institute of Education working with the London Deanery have presented a bespoke Masters-level module, 'Leading and managing Change and Improvement in Clinical Education' designed specifically to meet the needs of clinical educators. The module is available as a stand-alone course, and can provide a toe-in-the-water for those contemplating enrolling in the Institute's MA in Clinical Education. The 2012 programme runs between April-June. For more information about the porgramme please click here.
