Leading and managing change and improvement: in clinical education
23 Dec 2008
Education Leaders in healthcare carry a 'double burden'; leading and managing programmes in a rapidly changing global environment while working in collaboration with a range of health and social care delivery partners with finance and service driven agendas. In such an environment effective leadership is essential both to ensure effective learning, but also to provide a future workforce that is competent and safe.
This new masters level course, run at the Institute of Education and developed in conjunction with London Deanery, is strongly recommended for all clinicians with a leadership role. This is a 30 credit module and will run from April to June 2009. For further information please see the attached flyer.
