ASME are plased to annouce the Developing Leaders in Healthcare Education: Leading and Building Sustainable Change, course will take place on 11 & 12 April 2012 at Cumberland Lodge, Berkshire UK
 
The focus of this course is to identify and discuss the key aspects of leadership and building sustainable change, and offer small group and personal development work to process delegate’s specific issues.  This masterclass focuses specifically on leading teams through change; reflecting on challenges for leaders in medical and healthcare education, presenting frameworks and thinking tools for managing change, and considering approaches to building trust and solidarity in teams to achieve efficient and effective teamwork. The aim of this 2 day module is to allow participants to deliver professional, organisational objectives in healthcare education.
