This new publication is a first for the London Deanery and the second book from Tim Swanwick to be published in the space of six weeks, the other is 'Understanding Medical Education' published by Wiley-Blackwell.  There is also a third publication in the pipeline - 'The ABC of Clinical Leadership' - which comes out in November.
