| Description | This cascade course is designed to support the delivery of training in workplace-based assessment in Trusts and other local education providers. As a representative of your School, Trust or Department we hope that the day will provide you with sufficient information and a range of educational interventions to enable you to teach others to deliver effective and meaningful workplace-based assessment. Delegates attending the course will be expected to address how they intend to cascade training in workplace-based assessment to colleagues, senior trainees and other staff for whom they are responsible. This is not a training course in how to use specific assessment tools. Examples used throughout the day will be generic and applicable across a range of specialties. |
