| Description | This module is offered by the Institute of Education, carries 30 Masters level credits and is predicated on the principle that understanding how adults learn underpins effective teaching. A range of theoretical perspectives are used to analyse the roles of teacher, the activity of teaching, the roles of learners and the knowledge teachers are seen as imparting. |
