| Description | Aims and Objectives To share experiences and challenges in this area of work To explore approaches to remediation including resources available and action planning To consider the interaction between behavioural factors, health, conduct and clinical performance in trainees in difficulty and how that impacts on remediation To review relevant governance, HR and regulatory frameworks. To consider the skills, roles and needs of those involved in remediation. Teaching Methodology Facilitated small group workshops and breakout groups Focussed, short plenary sessions Scenarios and case-based discussions Who should attend this course? All programme directors, educational supervisors, Heads of schools, Associate Deans, Dental advisors and tutors, DMEs, MEMs and MWMs. |
