| Description | The new course called ‘Enhancing and Improving Work-based Learning’ is for people in the private and public sector who are involved in work-based learning whether they run accredited programmes of learning; offer mentoring or coaching and/or are interested in other more informal types of learning. The course will run as a mix of half, full day and evening sessions. You will receive support from staff who have extensive experience of facilitating and researching learning in the workplace. The course will prepare you to undertake a small-scale investigation of learning in the workplace, with opportunities to share your findings with others. This course can be unaccredited or accredited according to your wishes. It can be accredited at H (first degree) or M (Masters) level. It is therefore open to anyone involved with learning in the workplace and can be used to evidence your Continuous Professional Development (CPD). |
